Industrial Reform of Precision Casting

Foundry energy consumption, 30% of the enterprises have reached the level of developed industrialized countries; the waste and exhaust gas emissions of foundry enterprises have reached the national or local standards; on the basis of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", the energy saving and emission reduction targets have reached a 10% reduction in energy consumption and a 15% reduction in pollutant emissions. %, implement the "Access Conditions for my country's Precision Casting Industry", and close down enterprises that waste resources, pollute the environment and do not have the conditions for safe production.

Compared with developed countries, my country's precision casting technology has many factories, many employees and large output. Compared with developed countries, there are gaps in quality, efficiency, energy and material consumption, labor conditions and environmental protection. It is reported that the development of precision casting technology in industrialized countries in the world can be summarized into four goals. my country's precision casting industry should also approach these four aspects: 1. Improve the quality and reliability of castings, and produce high-quality near-net shape Castings; 2. Shorten the delivery time; 3. Protect the environment, reduce or even eliminate pollution; 4. Reduce production costs. my country's precision casting has not been able to achieve these goals. To make my country's precision casting industry reach the world's advanced level, we must proceed from the reality of our country to promote the development of the precision casting industry as soon as possible.
