Based on the above reasons, the use of CNC equipment power supply has the following requirements: First, the power grid voltage fluctuation should be controlled between +10%-15%, while China's power supply fluctuates greatly, the quality is poor, and there are hidden disturbances such as high-frequency pulses, plus human factors (such as sudden switch off electricity, etc.). During peak hours, such as an hour before or about an hour before get off work during the day, and at night, the allowable range is often exceeded by ±20%. So that the machine can not alarm and work normally, and cause damage to the power system of the machine. It will even lead to the loss of related parameter data. This phenomenon has occurred on machine tools such as CNC machining centers or turning centers, and the frequency of occurrence is high, which should be paid attention to. It is recommended to configure an AC voltage regulation power supply system with automatic compensation adjustment function in the CNC machine tool centralized workshop. A single CNC machine tool can be configured with an AC voltage stabilizer. Second, it is recommended to connect electromechanical devices to a single power source. If other parts of electrical equipment (eg electronic circuits, electromagnetic clutches) need to be supplied from other sources, these sources should be obtained as far as possible from components (eg transformers, transducers, etc.) that form part of the electromechanical equipment. For large, complex machinery, including many machines that work together and take up more space, more than one inductive power supply may be required, depending on the configuration of the field power supply. Unless the plug/socket of the electromechanical device is directly connected to the power supply, it is recommended to connect the power cord directly to the power terminal of the power cut-off switch. If this is not done, a separate power strip should be provided for the power cord. The power cut-off switch handle should be easily accessible and should be installed between 0.6M - 1.9M in an easy-to-operate position. The maximum recommended value is 1.7M. This will allow for rapid power outages in an emergency, reducing losses and casualties. Third, the requirements of CNC machine tools for compressed air supply system CNC machine tools generally use a large number of pneumatic components, so the workshop should be connected to a clean and dry compressed air supply system network. Flow and pressure should meet the requirements. Install the compressed air machine away from the CNC machine. According to the layout and gas consumption of the workshop, consideration should be given to the installation of refrigerated air in coal, air filters, gas storage tanks, safety valves and other equipment for the compressed air supply system network.
