1. Products with relatively high surface quality requirements. To be sandblasted. Sand blasting is powered by compressed air, and the sand is blasted on the surface of the casting at a high speed through a spray gun to remove the residual sand and oxide skin remaining on the outer surface and inner hole of the casting. During the cleaning process, shot blasting, sand blasting and rough grinding have no sequence and can be coordinated according to site conditions.
Second, as for those products with thicker walls and complex structures, they are less prone to deformation. For some foreseeable deformation, measures such as cooling tooling and reasonable placement are generally taken in the wax pressing process to prevent it to reduce the deformation rate and repair rate. Fourth, there are clear requirements for the type, thickness and blasting pressure of the sand used for sandblasting in the process. Excessive pressure can easily cause damage to the surface of the product. During operation, be careful not to place the casting directly at the mouth of the spray gun to prevent the casting from being sprayed. The surface of the product after sand blasting is much finer than that after shot blasting. However, there are some holes, grooves, grooves and other places where the sanding head cannot repair, and the steel grinding head will be used. Because the steel grinding head is thinner, it will be easier to repair those smaller areas. Weld repair is a repair method for concave defects, such as: pores, shrinkage pits, cuts, abrasions, etc. The purpose of shaping and repairing is the same.
